Output of the Gaia Clish command "`show interface `" shows: `state on` ` link-state link down` * Line Card CPAC-2-40/100F-D interfaces come up when a loopback cable is connected between two interfaces. But when a network cable is connected between two interfaces, the link does not come up. * Output of the Expert mode command "`ethtool -i `" shows that the firmware version is NOT the required version "28.39.2048". * [sk181487](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk181487) does not resolve the issue. ## Cause The issue is described in [sk183468](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk183468) - incompatibility between the installed older Line Card firmware version and the software in the Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator. ## Solution This solution requires authentication.
