# sk183659 - Enabling ICAP client results in FWK core dump files

## Symptoms

- The FWK process exits when enabling ICAP client on the Security Gateway with the ForcePoint ICAP Server.

## Cause

The ICAP server closes the connection with a FIN signal, causing the ICAP client to receive the FIN and close the connection. A callback function is then triggered which attempts to send traffic to the real server/client using information from the now-closed connection.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

1. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Management Server involved in the case.
2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member / Security Group involved in the case.
