## Symptoms

## Cause

For some content generated by PowerShell scripts, non-English characters may appear garbled when the script file is read.   
While PowerShell itself supports non-English characters (e.g., UTF-8, UTF-16), if the script file's character encoding is not detected correctly, the text may not display properly.
