# sk183608 - "App XX has requested skipping val of 0 on context" error

## Symptoms

- The file *$FWDIR/fwk.elg* shows similiar error:

 cmik_loader_fw_set_http_skipping_val: App 40 has requested skipping val of 0 on context 347; 
```

## Cause

The context used by FileApp was not included in the internal skipping context macros, preventing correct session initialization and skipping behavior.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member / Security Group involved in the case.
