## Symptoms

- * Power Supply Unit (PSU) status does not appear in the Lights Out Management (LOM) Web User Interface (UI) under Hardware Inventory.

* PSU status does not appear in the LOM Web UI under Sensors (even when a PSU is disconnected or fails).

## Cause

Quantum 9100 and 9200 appliances use internal Power Supply Units (PSUs) that are not connected to the Lights Out Management (LOM) system.

The BIOS and Gaia operating system do not forward PSU information to LOM. As a result, the LOM Web UI cannot display PSU status or trigger alerts.
