# sk183589 - "User 'cpsho_user' is missing these required bindings: homedir" warning in HealthCheck Point Tool

## Symptoms

- * "*User 'cpsho_user' is missing these required bindings: homedir*" warning in HealthCheck Point tool report.

* When running the `show user cpsho_user` command, the user is visible:

  ```
  S2S_MGMT_1> show user cpsho_user
  Uid       Gid       Home Dir.        Shell            Real Name                                 Privileges
  1000      100       /home/cpsho_user  /sbin/nologin    n/a                                       Access to Expert features
  ```

## Cause

This warning occurs because the `homedir` binding is missing from the Gaia operating system user database.  
Although the user exists in the system, it does not appear in standard user lists and cannot be deleted or modified using Clish. You must use the `dbset` command for any changes.
