## Symptoms

- * When you click **Set Up** on SmartConsole, it shows a message that something went wrong.

* In the `/opt/CPInstLog/iot-on-board.log` file, you see the error **DATE TIME ERROR IoT feature status is not active**.

## Cause

The option **Temporarily disable IoT (troubleshoot)** is selected.
