# sk183573 - Identity Collector version R82.120.0000  stops collecting events and cannot connect to PDP Gateway

## Symptoms

- * Users cannot access resources located behind a Security Gateway. An access control rule in the Security Gateway's policy is based on access roles that Identity Awareness receives from Identity Collector version R82.120.0000.
* Identity Collector stops collecting events and shows that it is disconnected from the Policy Decision Point (PDP) Security Gateway. In the Identity Collector UI, in the **Identity Servers** tab, the table row for the PDP Gateway does not show any events.
* On the Policy Decision Point (PDP) Security Gateway, in the CLI Expert mode, output of the `pdp conn idc` shows "`No events received`".
* Windows Task Manager shows the Check Point Identity Collector Service uses approximately 2GB of memory.
* On the Windows computer where Identity Collector is installed, in *C:\\Windows\\Temp\\* The *ia_ag.log* log files show:  

  ```
   [Exception (NAC::IS::TD::Critical)] UTILS::LoggingException::LoggingException: Win32 Error: Thread::Start - Couldn't create thread object ,win32 error code:8 (Not enough memory resources are available to process this command.
  )
  ```

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from Identity Collector version 82.125.0000. To download this version, see [sk134312](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk134312)
