## Symptoms

- * URLs containing hexadecimal symbols are not properly translated by the Mobile Access portal.

* As a result, the portal returns the original internal URL, which lead the browser to display an error such as `"404 Page Not Found"` or `"ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"`.

* When you open the browser history with Fiddler Classic version (see [sk99053](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk99053) for details), the redirected URL appears similar to this:

 https://xxx.com:6443/yy/zz'.
 In this example:
 * "\/" is the HTML-escaped version of `/`
 * The original URL is: "https://xxx.com:6443/yy/zz".
