# sk183494 - TP_CONF_SERVICE is shown as "running" or "terminated" in VSW (Virtual Switch) context

## Symptoms

- TP_CONF_SERVICE may be shown as "running" or "terminated" in VSW (Virtual Switch) context, although it should not be running in environments with VSW.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member involved in the case.

**After upgrading** , run this command, replace "*vs_id*" with the relevant VS ID:
`#cpwd_admin del -name TP_CONF_SERVICE -ctx `**vs_id**` -env inherit`
