# sk183408 - Threat Extraction with Aspose watermarks added to attachments

## Symptoms

- * Emails with attachments are processed by TEX and having text/watermarks added with this text:

  *Evaluation Only. Created with Aspose.Words. Copyright 2003-2020 Aspose Pty Ltd.* added to the header and *Created with an evaluation copy of Aspose.Words. To discover the full versions of our APIs please visit: https://products.aspose.com/words/*
* Debugging the sanitation engine reveals this error: `Failure Reason: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException`

  Debug Instructions:
  1. Enable Debug.

  2. Use text editor and open the file_convert.conf file. For example, `vi $FWDIR/conf/file_convert.conf`

  3. change :watermark_jvm_debug_enable (0) to :watermark_jvm_debug_enable (1)

  4. Restart the process with this command: `ps aux | egrep -i "scrub|cp_" | awk '{print $2}' | xargs kill -9`

  5. Replicate the issue by sending an email with attachment.

  6. In the file `/var/log/jail/sanitization_engine.elg`, the following error appears `Failure Reason: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException`

## Cause

The Aspose license file failed to apply in the Threat Extraction security engine.
