# sk183401 - cppcap utility does not produce any output in R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Take 99 & Take 105

## Symptoms

- In R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Take 99 and Take 105, the `cppcap` utility does not provide any output when executed with this command:   
`#cppcap -i <interface name>`  

But there is no problem when capture traffic with explicitly specified output file:  
`cppcap -i <interface name> -o <file name>`

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:
