# sk183318 - The data in Exporter-Rates tab of CPView is abnormal after an upgrade of a Security Management Server from R81

## Symptoms

- * After an upgrade of the Security Management Server from R81, the Log Exporter continues to function well, the target Syslog servers can receive logs, but the data in the **Advanced** \> **Logging** \> **Exporter-Rates** tab of CPView is abnormal:  

  Exporter's name is N/A, and log exportting rate is 0.

  Exporter N/A 0   

  Exporter N/A 0   

  Exporter N/A 0   

* The data in **Advanced** \> **Logging** \> **Log-Rates** and **Advanced** \> **Logging** \> **Indexer-Rates** are correct.

## Cause

The user has not performed the "Reconfigure the Log Exporter" procedure correctly.
