## Symptoms

- * The "CIPHER0101 Invalid Cipher" message is observed while disabling the chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com cipher using the command: `set ssh server cipher chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com off`
* The presence of the chacha20-poly1305 cipher can be confirmed using the following command: `sshd -T -C addr=localhost | grep -i ciphers`
* The `sshd_config` file is in Read/Write status as expected.

## Cause

This behavior is caused by an inconsistent configuration of the database and the `sshd_config` file.
