# sk183263 - Azure Cluster Security Gateway does not pass traffic with the "ERROR ExtHandler /proc/net/route contains no routes" error

## Symptoms

- * Cannot access the Security Gateway over SSH.
* No traffic passes through the Security Gateway.
* When accessing the Security Gateway with the serial console, the "`ERROR ExtHandler /proc/net/route contains no routes`" message shows up every 2 seconds.
* The `ifconfig` command shows only "`enP`" interfaces instead of "`eth`" interfaces.
