## Symptoms

- * New added Security Group Member goes into boot loop in this scenario:

  1. The Security Group runs with the R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 89 or higher
  2. The SMO Image Cloning feature is disabled in the Security Group
* When connected to the console port on the new added Security Group Member, these messages appear before each reboot:

  `[DATE | SYNC_IP] setting pol_time to XXX`
  `
[DATE | SYNC_IP] Applying fwaccel synatk configuration from file`
  `
Fetching Security Policy from local failed`
  `
  [DATE | SYNC_IP] Trying to refetch policy`
  `
[DATE | SYNC_IP] Waiting for cluster to start (220)...`
  `
[DATE | SYNC_IP] Waiting for cluster to start (230)...`
  `
  [DATE | SYNC_IP] Cluster is not started`
* The boot loop stops after 5 reboot attempts and the new added Security Group Member boots with the Security Policy called "`defaultfilter`".

* The `/var/log/reboot.log` file on the new added Security Group Member contains this message:

  `Reason: reboot_with_log : Cluster is not started Type: configuration`
* Other Security Group Members show the cluster state for new added Security Group Member as "`LOST`".
