## Symptoms

- Failure to establish a link between the Check Point transceiver CPAC-TR-100SR-BiDi (in Quantum Force Appliance models 9000, 19000, 29000, and Orchestrator MHO-175) and the Cisco transceiver QSFP-40/100-SRBD.

## Cause

The CPAC-TR-100SR-BiDi protocol is incompatible with the Cisco proprietary QSFP-40/100-SRBD protocol.
