# sk183210 - "Web server error" and "An internal error has occurred" popups when creating a new Network Object on a Locally Managed Spark Firewall

## Symptoms

- These two "**System Error** " popups appear in WebUI on a Locally Managed Quantum Spark Gateway, when you create a new Network Object on the **Users and Objects** view \> **Network Resources** section \> **Network Objects** page:

1. `Web server error`

2. `
   An internal error has occurred.`  
   `
   If the problem persists please contact Check Point Technical Assistance Center`  
   `
   Web server error.`

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

If you do not wish to upgrade, [Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue. A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it. For faster resolution and verification, collect the [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Quantum Spark Gateway involved in the case.
