# sk183204 - "Failed to fetch error" when logging in to the Infinity portal

## Symptoms

- * "Failed to fetch error" when logging in to the Infinity portal.
* All the websites specified in [sk170077](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk170077) are allowed on gateway.
* Able to log in to the Infinity Portal using Incognito mode.
* Issue is only on a specific device. The user is able to login to the Infinity Portal using their credentials from other devices.

## Solution

To resolve this issue, clear your web browser's cache and cookies and then reload the browser.
