## Symptoms

- * After an upgrade of Quantum Force Security Gateway to R81.20 Jumbo HFA Take 65 or higher, the Clish "show sysenv all" command output is blank, and SNMP queries do not show hardware
  sensors information.

It is possible that the SMO displays the sensor information and the rest of the SGMs do not.
* Running "cpstat os -f sensors" in expert mode returns blank output for all sensors.

## Cause

In [R81.20 Jumbo HFA Take 65](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81.20/R81.20/Take_65.htm), a new driver, *nct6775_new* , is introduced as part of a fix documented in [sk182305](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk182305).

When image auto-clone is enabled, after the Jumbo HFA installation, */etc/appliance_config.xml* still references the old driver, *nct6775* , instead of the new driver, *nct6775_new* , the hardware sensors driver does not get loaded, and hardware monitoring data is not available.
