# sk183131 - Zero Phishing in-browser test page shows "code was not loaded" error

## Symptoms

- * The URL http://zp-demo.com/verification/zphi_test.html (or its HTTPS version) shows "`Injection performed`", but returns a "`Code was not loaded`" message.

* The Zero Phishing scan does not work on this page: http://zp-demo.com/mal-piranha.html.

* The page http://zp-demo.com/mal-nemo.html and its HTTPS version do not return a "`Blocked`" page from UserCheck.

* The status of the Zero Phishing blade is good.

* The client browser and the Security Gateway do not use an HTTP Proxy.

* The solution provided in [sk178769](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk178769) does not solve the issue.

* Anti-Virus deep inspection scanning is not enabled as per [sk180536](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk180536)

* The Security Gateway command "`ps aux | grep Zerophishing | grep -v grep`" indicates that the "`DPORTAL_NAME_ZeroPhishing httpd`" process is running. However, the log file "`/opt/CPUserCheckPortal/log/zph/error_log`" frequently shows changes in the process ID. Here is an example snippet from the log:
