## Symptoms

- After upgrading a VSX Security Gateway to R81.20 Jumbo Take 54 (or any version up to Take 95), this error shows when clicking the Threat Extraction "Get Original" button:

"`This notification page has expired. You can safely close the page.
`
`
Log reference ID: LRID#`"

## Cause

The upgrade installs a new version of Postfix (the Mail Transfer Agent), and:

* Deletes existing Postfix files from all Virtual Systems (VSs).
* Recreates Postfix files only on VS0, leaving the other Virtual Systems without the necessary files.

UserCheck, which processes messages such as Threat Extraction notifications, relies on Postfix for email delivery. Without the required Postfix files, UserCheck cannot function properly, leading to the error.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* **[Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81.20/R81.20/R81.20_Downloads.htm) starting from Take 96**

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version ([upgrade Security Gateway](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&productTab=overview&product=435) / [upgrade Security Management Server](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&productTab=overview&product=184) / [upgrade Multi-Domain Security Management](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&productTab=overview&product=166)).
