# sk183057 - SmartConsole shows Alerts for multiple Software Blades on the Security Gateway after the policy installation

## Symptoms

- * After policy installation, SmartConsole \> **Gateways \& Servers** view \> the **Alerts** page shows errors about multiple Software Blades not responding on a Security Gateway.

  After a while, these alerts disappear, and the status icon near the Security Gateway object changes from red to green.
* During this issue with alerts, right-clicking the Security Gateway object and clicking **Monitor** shows all Software Blades as operational (with green icons).

* During this issue with alerts, the Security Gateway operates correctly.

* The HCP report for licenses (see [sk180447](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk180447)) shows this warning:

  `You have dual licenses in the machine (licenses with the same CK's number). This can cause problems in the mechanism. Please go to the User Center and check for each license what its newest signature is. Delete all old ones.`

## Cause

More than one license with the same CK number is installed on the Security Gateway.
