## Symptoms

- The Primary Management Server shows the correct time of policy installation, whereas the Secondary Management Server shows an incorrect time due to a miscalculation of the time zone difference.

For example: A Primary Management Server is in Paris and a Secondary Management Server is in Atlanta. The Secondary Management Server shows policy installation time which is six hours ahead of the actual time.

<br />

## Cause

The data is saved on the Secondary Management Server in the same way that it is saved on the Primary Management Server, without taking into account the time difference. The Secondary Management Server then tries to compensate for the time difference between the Primary Management Server and Secondary Management Server.

For example:

1. The Primary Management Server in Paris records policy installation time at 14:43 (CET).
2. The Secondary Management Server in Atlanta initially records the same policy installation time, 14:43, without considering the time zone.
3. When viewed in Atlanta, the system incorrectly adjusts the time by adding six hours, displaying it as 21:43 (EST).

## Solution

This is a limitation.
In order to see the correct time in the Secondary Management Server, you can configure the Primary and Secondary Management Servers to use the same time zone. This prevents unnecessary time zone adjustments and ensures consistent timestamp displays.
