## Symptoms

- The igb driver interface (CPAC-8-1C-C) in a Multi-Queue configuration does not support assigning more than eight CPU cores. Attempting to allocate more results in the following error:
> `# mq_mng -s manual -c 0-8 -i eth1-01
> error: Bad 'core' argument. Maximum number of cores is 8 for eth1-01`
