## Symptoms

- Policy installation in a Multi-Domain Security Management environment fails with the "*Exceeded number of Virtual Systems allowed by the installed license*" error despite the Security Gateway having sufficient virtual system licenses.

## Cause

The Security Management Server managing the Security Gateway operates with a CPSB-DMN-VSX license, which restricts management to a single virtual system. This license limitation causes the Security Management Server to overlook the virtual system licenses on the Security Gateway, recognizing only one virtual system license.
