## Symptoms

- Changes to user groups in Active Directory (AD) do not update on the Firewall Policy Decision Point (PDP) via Identity Collector.

## Cause

The "Ignore machine identities" option is enabled in Identity Collector under **Settings** \> I**dentity Reporting**.
