# sk182904 - Endpoint Security VPN - Connection request is aborted when clicking Connect if the VPN Site name on Remote Access VPN includes non-Ascii character

## Symptoms

- When a non-Ascii character (example, Japanese) is used in the display name of VPN site on Remote Access VPN Client, a connection error occurs. It does not occur when using English characters. For example: Entering a name "???A" in \[Site\] results in the following error: "Site A" is entered in \[Site\] \> Connect to the site properly ---- \[ 7556 9728\]\[17 Oct 12:43:13\]\[TrGUI\] TrConnectDialog::on_ConnectButton_clicked: Error. the requested site not found on the list. Aborting. ----
