# sk182891 - "Error uploading file" on Harmony Browse (SBA4B) terminal log

## Symptoms

- * Failure to download certain files in the Threat Emulation and Extraction environment.
* Problem occurs when downloading a file using a browser on the Harmony Browse (SBA4B) terminal.
* Debug shows PHP error:

  ```
  ... PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 188743680 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 69905088 bytes)
  ```

## Cause

The issue was caused by TPAPI CPUserCheckPortal, which limits the memory allocated for file uploads. The *memory_limit* parameter defines the total memory allowed for all TPAPI files at any given time.
