## Symptoms

- * The Automatic Jumbo Hotfix Deployment fails when the package source is set to "Cloud" in `cme_menu`:

`Enter the path of the package to install: /home/admin/Check_Point_R81_20_JUMBO_HF_MAIN_Bundle_T84_FULL.tar`
`Select a method to use for downloading the package to the gateway:`
`Please select from the following options:`
  ` 1) Download from the management server`
  ` 2) `Download from the cloud

  `Your Selection: 2`

* The system cannot find the package in the Check Point cloud repository. The following error appears in the CME log file (`/var/log/CPcme/cme.log`):

`2024-11-27 10:12:40,570 CME_SERVICE INFO Checking Automatic Hotfix deployment status for gateway IP: XX.XX.XX.XX`
  `2024-11-27 10:12:40,571 CME_SERVICE INFO run_local Executing: /opt/CPcdt/cdt_cli -show-action-status -action-id=121 with:`
  ` data=None`
  ` env=None`
  `2024-11-27 10:12:40,593 CME_SERVICE INFO Return code= 0`
  ` Output={`
  ` "action id" : "121",`
  ` "action source" : "cdt_cli",`

  ` {`
` "additional message" : "`Failed to add the private package.`",`
  ` "error code" : 25,`
  ` "machine ip" : "XX.XX.XX.XX",`
  ` "machine name" : "GCP-Lab--check-point-autoscaling-byol-1-m0fs",`
` "root cause" : "\n************************************************\nCPUSE add private package command failed\n`The package 'Check_Point_R81_20_JUMBO_HF_MAIN_Bundle_T84_FULL.tar' does not exist in the Check Point cloud.`\nError code 41 - Error executing a CPUSE operation on a remote machine.\n************************************************\n",`
  ` "status" : "failed"`
  ` }`
  ` ],`
  ` "status" : "failure"`
  `}`

## Cause

The deployment fails because the Check Point Update Service Engine (CPUSE) expects a `.tgz` file format for the Online Identifier (for example, `Check_Point_RXX_JUMBO_HF_MAIN_Bundle_TXX_FULL.tgz`) instead of the `.tar` format.
