## Symptoms

- * A Security Management Server migration fails when running the command `"migrate import"` with error:

  `Extracting the database...`
  `
  Migrate is only supported between machines with the same take`
  `Execution finished with errors. See log file '/opt/CPshrd-RXX.XX/log/migrate-DATE_TIME.log' for further details.`

* The target Security Management Server runs the same OS build as the original Security Management Server, for example:

  `[HOSTNAME]> show version os build`
  `OS build 634`

* The file *migrate-DATE_TIME.log* shows these details about getting the Take number of the current machine.

  `[24 Oct 9:21:50] [SystemInfoGatherer::GetTakeNum] Command's output:`
  `-------------------------------------`
  `CLINFR0771 Config lock is owned by admin. Use the command 'lock database override' to acquire the lock.`
  `OS build 634`
  `-------------------------------------`
  `[24 Oct 9:21:50] ...--> TrimTrailingChars`
  `[24 Oct 9:21:50] [TrimTrailingChars] Removing trailing chars |`

  `| from string |0771634|:`
  `[24 Oct 9:21:50] [TrimTrailingChars] The string doesn't contain trailing chars`

## Cause

The OS build number is not parsed correctly when a different session owns the config lock.
