# sk182798 - Policy installation failed on gateway with Error code: 0-2-2000078

## Symptoms

- * Policy installation fails on the Security Gateway with an error showing in SmartConsole and in the *$FWDIR/state/local/FW1/install_policy_report.txt* file:  
  `
  "Policy installation failed on gateway. If the problem persists contact Check Point support (Error code: 0-2-2000078)."`

* Comparing the size of the *string_dictionary_table* with its limit shows that the table is full, for example:  

  ```
  
  [Expert@GW]# fw tab -t string_dictionary_table -s
  HOST      NAME                    ID  #VALS    #PEAK  #SLINKS
  localhost string_dictionary_table 5   131072   0      131072
  
  
  [Expert@GW:0]# fw ctl get int string_dictionary_table_limit
  string_dictionary_table_limit = 131072
  ```
