## Symptoms

- * "*Internal error occurred during the verification process*" message while pushing Threat Prevention policy.

* When debugging with policy debug and enabling the `-o` and `-t` flag which have the following effects:

  ```
  
  
  -o - Runs the fwm load debug on R80.x.
  
  -t - Uses TDERROR_ALL_ALL=5 in the fwm load debug.
  
  You receive the following error message:
  
  "Failed to perform conversion by converter"
  ```

## Cause

There is an object (duplicated or corrupted) that fails to be converted within the policy being pushed.
