## Symptoms

- * The `sp_upgrade` script fails to fetch the local policy during an upgrade of a Maestro Security Group from R81.10 to R81.20.

* Running the `vsx_util` upgrade command results in a failure due to a policy version mismatch, as the policy does not compile to the correct version.

## Cause

The VSX Gateway database contains multiple policy object that causes `vsx_util` to fetch an incorrect policy object.
