## Symptoms

- * Cannot fetch new groups created in Identity Providers (IdP) after migrating your Security Management Server to Smart-1 Cloud.

* Cannot see the newly created user groups in the IdP access roles.

## Cause

The parameter `automaticScanner` is set to `false` in the original Security Management Server's *$FWDIR/conf/vsec_controller_targets_data.set* file.
