# sk182758 - Linux SSL Network Extender CLI fails to connect to a Security Gateway behind a NAT device

## Symptoms

- * Linux SSL Network Extender CLI fails to connect to the Security Gateway.
* The VPN gateway is behind a NAT device, and the IPsec VPN Link Selection setting is set to Static NAT IP address.
* Mobile Access Blade is disabled, which is a correct setting for SSL Network Extender CLI connections.

## Cause

IPsec SSL Network Extender CLI does not work with a Security Gateway with static NAT. There is no a mobile agent or portal to get details from the Security Gateway .
