# sk182756 - Policy installation in SmartConsole fails with "gen_nrb_tp_custom_blade_exception: blade 'ZeroPhishing' is not suppotted"

## Symptoms

- Policy installation in SmartConsole fails with this status:

`gen_nrb_tp_custom_blade_exception: blade 'ZeroPhishing' is not suppotted`  
`
amw_rule_ranges_entry::load_amwex_protction_id_range: gen_nrb_tp_custom_blade_exception() failed.`  
`
gen_amw_rulebase: failed to load_amwex_top_id_range for rulenum XXX, flattened current_rule_number=YYY`  
`
gen_amw_rulebase_tables: gen_amw_rulebase failed`  
`
Operation was unsuccessful.`

## Cause

The installed Threat Prevention policy contains Zero Phishing Software Blade settings.

This Threat Prevention policy is installed on a Security Gateway R81.10 or lower.

The Zero Phishing Software Blade is supported only by Security Gateways R81.20 and higher.
