## Symptoms

- * Upgrade fails on Maestro MHO and the `show installer status all` command shows:

  `cp_get_kernel_version: ERROR: kernel version 3.10.0-1160.15.2cpx86_64 is unknown. Perhaps 3.10.0-1160.15.2cpx86_64 needs to be added as a version to cp_get_kernel_version and CpOsKernelVersion? `
* CPUSE logs show: Verifier results for package Check_Point_ivory_main_T634__R81.20_GAIA_3_10_SP_Install_and_Upgrade.tgz (Check Compatibility return value 136):
