## Symptoms

- * The connection fails when trying to establish BGP peering between Azure Virtual WAN Hub and Cloud Firewall for Azure HA Cluster.
* BGP state remains ACTIVE.

## Cause

The issue occurs because in Cloud environments, without proper NAT rules, BGP peering between Azure Virtual WAN Hub and Cloud Firewall for Azure HA Cluster becomes unstable. While BGP shows as ACTIVE, it never reaches the ESTABLISHED state needed for proper routing.
