## Symptoms

- This line appears repeatedly in the `/var/log/messages` file and in the `$FWDIR/log/fwk.elg` file:

`[ERROR]: up_set_srv_proto_matched_rulenums_cache: failed to set entry in service_column_rules_info_cache_id
`

## Cause

This message is informational and does not indicate an issue or traffic drops.

When the Security Gateway matched a policy rule to traffic, it could not add an entry into the cache kernel table "`service_column_rules_info_cache_id`" because this table reached its capacity.

As a result, traffic will go through the regular flow of matching instead of a cache.

Note - Starting in R82, this line will be printed only every 100th time this cache issue occurs.
