# sk182714 - High CPU usage by CPinfo process and unexpected termination of DAService process

## Symptoms

- * The output of the `top` command shows high CPU use for the CPinfo process.

  **Note**: Automatic upload of failure logs is disabled.
* The `DAService` process unexpectedly terminates, creating `DAService` core files.

* This issue occurs only if you did not give consent to share files with Check Point. For more information, refer to [sk175504](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk175504) (for version R81.20 and higher) and [sk111080](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk111080) (for version R81.10 and lower).

## Cause

Log file accumulation caused the high CPU and the `DAService` process to terminate unexpectedly.
