# sk182712 - Remote Access VPN on macOS sets User Location as External but DNS Suffix and SSID match Location Awareness allowing user to connect when inside the corporate network

## Symptoms

- * VPN Connects without restrictions when connected from internal network.
* Both DNS Suffix and Wi-Fi Check Optimization are enabled.

## Cause

Because of the added restrictions in Sonoma OS, Endpoint cannot detect SSID correctly.
