# sk182593 - The Anti-Virus blade applies a "Detect" action to email links with the "Medium Confidence" level, while the Threat Prevention policy specifies a "Prevent" action for this confidence level

## Symptoms

- * According to Anti-Virus logs, the "Detect" action is applied to email links with the "Medium Confidence" level.
* According to the Threat Prevention policy, a "Prevent" action must be applied to email links with the "Medium Confidence" level.

## Cause

The MTA rule of the Anti-Virus blade determines the action for email links based on a "risk" value instead of the "confidence level" value.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.
