# sk182590 - Error: "4294967295" Threat Prevention policy installation fails on cluster member

## Symptoms

- * The Threat Prevention policy installation failed on one cluster member, while the Access Control policy installs successfully on this gateway. Additionally, both policies install successfully on another gateway in the same cluster.

  For the failed installation, refer to the following error:

  `Policy installation failed on the Security Gateway. If the problem persists, contact Check Point Support and provide error code `**4294967295**` for further assistance.`
* The following error is recorded in the `$FWDIR/log/fwk.elg` file on the affected gateway:

  > \[7 Aug 11:26:25\]\[fw4_1\];\[vs_0\];CLUS-120001-1: Cluster policy installation started (old/new Policy ID: 0/3117534811)   
  > ...   
  > \[7 Aug 11:31:53\]\[fw4_0\];\[vs_0\];fwmultik_blade_loader_local_run_phase: fwk_atomic_blade_load_prepare() failed   
  > \[7 Aug 11:31:53\]\[fw4_0\];\[vs_0\];fwmultik_atomload_run_phase: atomload type: 2, phase_funcs\[instance=0\] failed

## Cause

The Virtual IP address configured in the cluster object is set to the IP address of the problematic Security Gateway.
