## Symptoms

- Audit logs from Infinity Playblocks show a wrong origin in logs.

## Cause

There are two possible causes for the issue:

* Multiple instances of the IP address related to the Security Gateway's management interface exist in the Management Server database.

  Or
* The Security Gateway management interface's IP address is missing from the Management Server database (e.g., the interface does not show in the Network Topology tab in SmartConsole).
