## Symptoms

- * User has Harmony Browse web browser extension and TE appliance for emulation.
* When a user tries to download a file (example pdf), Harmony Browse extension shows the error "Original File was downloaded. Could not connect server".

## Cause

### TE certificate presented for the TPAPI URL is not trusted or the TE FQDN or TE IP in that URL is incorrectly updated in the Harmony SmartEndpoint

To verify the root cause, use the following procedure:

* User machine (Harmony agent) connects to TE appliance on *https://TE-IP/UserCheck/TPAPI* while establishing the connection with TE.
* This URL is fetched from the "Main URL" field from GW or TE appliance properties UserCheck settings.
* Access this URL from user machine browser.
* If this connection is successful, then the browser page should return "NOT FOUND" response.

* If the TE certificate belonging to the above mentioned URL is not trusted in the test user machine, it will fail the TLS establishment with TE appliance. We will get the certificate warning page on browser. This is one of the reason for this issue.
