## Symptoms

- * "`Autonomous thhreat prevention service isn't working, autonomous treat prevention service is down`" error in SmartConsole when clicking the **Security Policies** view \> **Threat Prevention** \> **Autonomous Policy**.

* Output of the Expert mode command "`atp status`" on the Management Server shows this error:

  ```

  ... ...
  ATP SERVER Negative JSONDecodeError (Invalid response)
  
  API Positive
  ```
