## Symptoms

- * Central License tool (vsec_lic_cli) unexpectedly removes Central Licenses from the default license pool on the Primary Multi-Domain Security Management Server in a High Availability (HA) environment.
* After all Central Licenses are removed, the previous default license pool is disbanded, and if there are several license pools, the new random license pool is set as a default license pool.

## Cause

This issue happens because of the code limitation in the R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Take 26 or higher version of the Multi-Domain Security Management Server when working in a HA environment.
