# sk182449 - Throughput and PPS SNMP queries occasionally  return very high values

## Symptoms

- Snmpwalk to Throughput (OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.1.25.20.0) and PPS (OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.1.25.21.0) returns a very high number every one or two days, while the CPView does not show the high value, after installing R81.20 Jumbo hotfix Take 43 or higher.

## Cause

This is an issue in the packet/connection rate calculation.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

1. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Management Server involved in the case.
2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member involved in the case.

Use the OIDs below from CPView MIB instead of Throughput and PPS:
