# sk182429 - IPv6 not supported on client and GW and adding 'Route all traffic' only makes things worse since unsupported traffic forced into tunnel hence breaking internet connectivity

## Symptoms

- The iPhone connection to SaaS applications (MS Teams, Office365, etc.) fails when it connects to the IPv6 Cellular Network, because Capsule Connect routes the traffic to the Internet directly, without using the VPN gateway.

## Cause

Remote Access VPN is configured with Hub Mode, and it routes all traffic through the Security Gateway.
In general, this scenario is not supported. It is required to add **Include All Network** through Gateway, but it is unsupported. Adding **Include All Network** in the Capsule Connect App does not resolve the issue. The root cause is that IPv6 through VPN is not supported in the Security Gateway.

According to [sk163313](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk163313), IPv6 is not supported for Client-to-Site VPN.
